2018 Annual General Meeting

The 32nd Annual General Meeting of Steelmakers Alpine Club Inc will be held on Sunday 29 April 2018.

Venue:            Bellambi Surf Lifesaving Clubhouse, Morgan Pl, Bellambi.

Time:               2.00pm

Notice of Business:
If members have any formal business to be presented at the AGM or any resolution is to be presented to change the constitution, a written notice of business must be received at the above address by 19 April 2018.

Voting by Proxy:
Absentee voting in the election of officers and any resolution that may be presented is possible by nominating a member to vote on your behalf. This can only be achieved by written and signed authorisation of proxy vote forwarded to the above address prior to the meeting.

A proxy voting form is available on request.
